Actually if you are using a pre-build template then there might be a css of making your site responsive just what you need to set it’s resolution. But if you don’t have then don’t worry we will provide you ever possible details which you needed to make your blog Responsive.

1. Go to Blogger.com > Select Your Blog Respectively > Templates
2. Edit HTML > Now Search For @media screen. > Make the resolution as 700px.

It will look like as the following example of the css.

    @media screen and (max-width:700px) {body {background-color:black;color:white;}}

3. If you want you can click preview to see and test it.
4. Now everything is fine > Click on Done/Save.
