Facebook testing "Data Saver" mode in Messenger
Facebook is now testing a new feature in "Messenger". Messenger is now a favorite app for messaging and the clean interface and user-friendly design makes it even better to use, but all these things may take a huge data. Once you start receiving a lot of messages, images and videos, the data consumption will increase. Facebook is now working on to reduce data consumption.
You can now see a new option in the Settings. Data Saver mode can be allowed and then it will save your data. It will prevent from automatically downloading photos and videos ; users will have to do it.
You can join the Beta program and download the beta version of the Application. Using Beta version means you will get a lot of bugs and issues but you can report it. The features will be added shortly and you can enjoy it.
