Xiaomi MI MIx 2s hints with a notch on the top, expected to launch in MWC 2018

When Snapdragon 845 was unveiled last December, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun confirmed that their next flagship phone would be powered by Snapdragon 845. As per recent reports, the company is planning to launch Xioami Mi 7 flagship phone at MWC 2018. However, as per recent updates, the company may also launch new smartphone – Xiaomi MI MiX 2s.

After Apple set the trend for the top notch(which was destroyed by Samsung on one of its ads), several other companies are also planning to work on launching flagship smartphones with a notch at the top. Even companies like Huawei P20 is rumoured to feature a 6.01-inch LED display with a notch on the top. As we know, Huawei already talked about facial unlock and even Animoji.

Xiaomi device as will be named Xiaomi MI MIX 2s will feature a top notch and will probably feature the facial recognition in the notch area. The phone will also feature a Snapdragon 845 processor and will have 6 GB of RAM. The camera wil be having 12MP RGB and 12 MP monochrome sensor as dual-camera setup. The screen resolution will be 19.5:9
