Rumor : Samsung Galaxy S8 to lose physical Home button
The Samsung Galaxy S series is about to go a massive transformation, as per a report from Korea.
ETNews, a publication that has good connections with Korean Tech industry, tells that Samsung has planned to ditch the physical Home button. The 'full-screen" display will now virtually remove bottom and top bezels from upcoming Samsung Galaxy S 8. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm and Samsung chips that is built on the new 10-nanometer process.
As the sources claims, the home button incorporates the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor may be in or under the screen glass because Samsung will need to generate a new way to embed it. The phone is gonna be full screen, meaning the top and bottom bezels will disappear. This will create a very immersive and minimalist experience when you use Galaxy S 8.The phone is rumored to feature a dual camera. However, it is not fixed what lens Samsung will use, it may probably be 16MP/8MP back and front. As per reports, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 and an Exynos chip developed by Samsung itself. This will make Samsung Galaxy S8 perform much faster and also lessen the battery consumption.
